well all i can tell you is calm down...since i know how you feel, but for somekind of reason when you do anything ual your period changes..or sometimes doesn't come till later or the next month. I have been through therapy without medication for my anxiety and some other things. It has been TREMENDOUSLY helpful to me, whereas the medication I was briefly on (Celexa) had worse side effects than the condition I was trying to help. The therapist's method was called CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which helps you weed out all the illogical thinking patterns so you can sort of fix your own problems as they come along... and eventually before they even start. If you haven't tried therapy without meds, I recommend it. It has made me feel like a stronger person instead of a sick person who needs medication just to function "normally".

I'm suffering from "Benign nephrosclerosis with focal and segmental glomerulosclerosis'. focal global sclerosis along with chronic changes in the parenchyma have set in. i'm leaking 1.6 mg % of creatinine. urine albumin is +2, 24 hrs protein- 2.18 gm. S. protein- 7.8 gm%. other reports are normal. blood-urine test after 15 days of biopsy have come almost same. my BP is under control right now. my question is, if i keep my BP under control for lifetime then also my both kidney will fail at some day? if i reduce creatiinine and albumin from urine then also my kidney will fail in future? if not then how can i know that i'm getting healed. which report suggests that i'm being cured. And on which report i should keep check. If getting worst, on which report basis i can know that my kidneys are getting severely damaged and i need didlysis. can anybody tell that by keeping atiquatte BP and creatinine, i can survive or not? and if not then what is the maximum time i have.

Why does my PS3, Playstation 3, keep freezing?

I have 3 games, Lost Planet 2, Red Dead Redemption and Battlefied Bad Company 2 for my PS3. My PS3 has frozen at least once on all of these games. It is doing it a lot on Battlefield recently, and Battlefield is a pretty new game. It freezes everytime i try to find a Multiplayer game on the Kane and Lynch 2 demo. I take good care of my games and system, so idk what's wrong. It has done this since i got it last may, but only once in a while, now it's a common occurence, and Very annoying. I have it resting on the wrapping, plastic?, that it came covered in inside of the box becuase i also have it next to a chimney and i didn't want any dirt or anything to get on it. I don't have it wrapped up, it's just on top of the plastic. The chimney is never used, but all i can think of is: Bug in my PS3 (My friend's PS3 also froze a lot when i played it, so i thought it was just something that happened to PS3's every so often, once in a blue moon for mine because it was new); it is overheating, but i always check the heat of the system and try not to leave it on for very long; there is dust inside of it because the vent is facing the chimney, (in this case, how would i go about cleaning a PS3?) Please help, I'm getting preatty frustrated with this problem :/

You should probably start with the alto because it is smaller and easier to learn all the s and how to hold it. Then, once you get better on that you can ask your teacher to switch to another sax, if you'd like to. Many people switch, but they all started on alto, and it is a good skill to know before learning how to play the other saxes.

(ALSO, previously, because we're all big NCIS fans, we were decidin which charachters our friends are most like. now, this guy is undoubtedly McGee (my 2nd favorite caharachter) and i am undoubtedly Abbey (my favorite charachter!!!) and because i don't watch the show regularly, i didn't know that those two end up together. So, after this was setablished, he says, "yeah, that won't work though, b/c McGee and Abbey end up 2gether and we wouldn't work well in a relationship. well... i dunno. maybe, but if we did it probably wouldn't last that long..." but i think he kinda said it in that prompting voice, like he was kinda hoping i would contradict that... Safest way to do it! Other ways would be to defrost in the microwave (quickest, but not my personal favorite), or just run it submerged under cold water until it is the way you want it. As long as it stays under 39F (4C), which it will under cold running water... but that's kind of a waste of water, if you can help it. According to the Ontario Food Handler's Certification Handbook, all ways are acceptable, but time permitting, I'd suggest the fridge.

Down flow gas furnace is acting up. All burners not fully lighting regularly?

The hot surface igniter glows red, gas valve opens and ignites gas in one of three chambers. After about 10 seconds, sometimes the "flame" travels to the other two chambers like it is supposed to. Sometimes the flame does not travel to the other two chambers and the furnace recycles and tries again. The flame sensor is in the chamber farthest from the chamber with the hot surface igniter that lights up first. The furnace is in a new home that is about 3 years old. I have also noticed that I have 3 cylindrical sensors in the burner area that appear to have reset ons on the tops of them. I am guessing these are the flame "rollout" sensors. Does this sound like dirty burners or "crossovers"? Record cold temps are on their way and would really like to get the furnace operating correclty. Please help.

Bleeding for 13 weeks straight...holding lots of water and cramping, please help?

I had my daughter 13 weeks ago. Prior to getting pregnant I had a lot of problems with ovarian cysts and would have periods that lasted a few weeks and sometimes even disappear for months. Since having my daughter I have not stopped bleeding. Its not heavy all the time, sometimes its light red and then next its brown. Sometimes its thick and clotty and sometimes its thin and watery. I was given the Depo shot for birth control before leaving the hospital with the baby and the Dr. said it would probably stop the bleeding but at my 6 weeks check up he said that we will watch it that it could be nothing. Well here I am 13 weeks later and im still bleeding. Now recently Ive developed nausea and I am very tired all the time. I havent been able to loose but 10lbs since giving birth so im lugging 25 extra lbs on my thin framed body. My skin hurts to be touched and im just sick of it. Please help.

This reducer is not something that I've ever seen - I suspect someone out there must know where you can get a step-down transformer but I'm not sure about putting that is series in a n autoomotive electrical system, since it could fry everything if it were to burn-out or short circuit. I strongly recomend either changing the whole car over to 12 volt or getting another 6 volt battery. Regardless of whether they seem to last long enough, they operate engine starter and all accessory items the way that they should. If you go full conversion (I did on a '64 Beetle) it's a lot of work but the whole car worked perfectly when done. You could add a second battery in parallel which keeps you at 6 volts but boosts the amps to give some longer life but as I said, I think stick to status quo and buy a battery as needed.

For the past two days I've had a darn painful sore throat, and have been coughing up green and yellow phlegm. I really would like to do more with geography with my PreK students. Post and Beam Decorating?

I'm getting ready to purchase a 20 year old home and it's a post and beam contemporary complete with open staircases, vaulted ceilings, some wood ceilings, and many exposed beams. I'm looking for some basic thoughts on leaving exposed beams as is, how color can work in rooms with wood ceilings, if there are any thoughts about covering select ceilings with drywall to lighten it up...I'll take any input. I'm at a decorating loss. My husband and I are not afraid of color, in fact enjoy the darker colors but I think we may need to find a happy medium to be sure we don't lose all the beams if the color is too dark or continue to have as much dark wood visible as it is now if we go too light. It is a waste of life and just so needless. When someone, especially at this age, takes their own life, we are all responsible in my books. I found a used Baldwin Spinet 1024 in my local paper for $300. It is described as "beautiful, barely used, one owner (who bought it brand new over 20 years ago), and in need of a tune (owner cannot remember the last time it was tuned). The internet guides on used piano's suggest that the average life of a piano is 30 years. How does a Baldwin Spinet compare? I could care less that the sound quality is going to be lesser than an upright. I play for fun and a stress release. Just about anything that holds a tune is going to be better than my 104 year old Behr Bros. piano that is going to cost $1600 to rebuild and can no longer hold a tune. I'm really just looking for a piano that is going to last me about 5 years until I'm out of college and can afford a nicer (or new) one. I know someone is going to suggest that I have a piano tech look at it, but I'm on a pretty tight budget. After buying it, moving it, and tuning it, the price has already doubled. So any advice you can offer would be excellent for checking it over myself. I play for a fun stress reliever, I am not looking for concert quality. The whole expierence has just made me anxious about work. Well first thing is that you need to fill out the fafsa with your parents. IF you qualify you could get a pell grant. Im not sure if you want to go to a 2or 4year school but there are a lot of grants and scholarships out there but you have to get it. I know a good community college in MD ie, Howard Comm College etc., Montgomery College offers a lot of scholarships. You have to visit the Career Center or Financial Aid office and see the many scholarships they offer and apply to the ones u can qualify for. Yes its true u can get scholarships for being Hispanic etc... first in your family to attend college... good grades etc. Visit your HS career center or your guidance counselor and they can point u in the right direction for scholarships. Sounds like it has come on for about 5 to 10 seconds, then goes off for a few secs. This sequence repeats itself for a few minutes, then it lights up and works fine. The fan is noisy, but works. I wondered if the problem might be to do with the fan or perhaps the pressure switch, or something else. The boiler is about 10 years old, and has been serviced occasionally, but no parts changed. i carried liability yesterday until i hit someone. not my fault. i was driving down the street at forty because i was the speed limit. in front of me was a black car and in front of her a white car. the white car slammed its brakes and without signaling turned into a post office. after this occured the black car slammed to avoid hitting the white cars back end. well the black car was newer and had anti lock so she didnt slide up when she hit the brakes. i slammed mine and hit her. ive only had my license since decmeber. im 17. live in ohio. the black car agrees itr was the white cars fault. and the women behind me gave a statement saying it was the white car. the post office that it happened at does not have cameras outside and the white car sped off. if i have both witnesses whats going to happen to my license? also my car, $3500 in damages, it wasnt my fault. i got cited and havee to go to court, whats going to happen w/ license?

If you don't get enough calories your body will go into starvation mode and convert all the energy it can into fat stores... making you look flabby even if you are losing weight. I know people have worn this subject out but its a tough one for me. As an American I don't agree with illegal immigration. I wish I knew the problem so I could give you more solid advice. A couple of things that work for me are watch a comedy movie, watch a stand up comedy video (laughter relieves a lot of stress), find a blog/chat network to help you with the issues. Just talking to someone else in the same situation can be a big relief plus there might be someone out there who can help you. I have actually seen people go onto MySpace and ask for donations and get them. Reading also helps to take your mind off what's bothering you and lets your body relax. Why does my back hurt so much when I wake up sometimes?

It doesn't always hurt, but this morning it just hurts more than ever before.
