In pokemon heart gold, what moves does a Meganium need to critical hit or one-hit KO a dragonite?

In pokemon heart gold, I'm having a little trouble beating Lance's Dragonites. Anybody know a move that Meganium knows to one-hit KO or critical-hit them?
