Does jeniffer Nettles have a higher voice in concert then on recordings?

I went to a sugarland concert in Reno and all the artists sounded fine but jeniffer was way to high, as if she was struggling to hit the lower notes. I sing and I've had that happen before. Is she geting tonselites(not sure about spelling) again? She's got two months of touring left. Just wondering!!
