Need advice PLEASE HELP?

i am 19 years old was on bc pills for 5 years and quit takin em at the end of may and i have noticed that i have gained weight and tired all the time and my lower back is startin to hurt and gets pain in my belly at times and have recently noticed if i squezee my that this liquid milky lookin stuff comes out and i have had unprotected and my periods havent been right either i need some serious advice of what yall think that it is!!!!
