I want to Model for Teen Vogue!! I have sooo many questions will someone help mee?

i am 14 a 5 feet 8 inches tall brunette with olive colored skin. i am a size 00 and weigh like 105 pounds. if i wanted to model how would i start? i know that first i need to get my braces off but who do i contact? do i need an agent? do you know any good agents? and do you have any other information? thank you soooo much (:
