WHAT SHOULD I USE TO BLEACH MY HAIR BEFORE I DYE IT BURGUNDY?

get a spray bottle and put peroxide in it-and when you get done washing your hair spray the peroxide all over your hair and blow dry.. do this for a couple of weeks and you will see your hair lighten.. then apply red (regular red) hair dye and your hair will look just like you want it!!
