Need help with the title of this movie?

in the movie it starts off with a young girl who was playing on the rocks near the ocean and she sees something shiny in the water and falls in the mother and father set out search teams but nobody could find her and a few days later a young girl was at their door and she was actually an evil ancient spirit that was resurrected whenever somebody died at that cliff the flashbacks showed the people from the village throwing their kids off a cliff hoping it would save her. also there was a scene when she walked ped sheep and they would fall over and die PLEASE HELP ME
