It sounds like the police were counting down the minutes until midnight to bust you. You are in a no-win situation. It's like when the cop says you ran a red light. You say it was yellow. Who is the judge going to believe" It's not that he really believes the cop but it's HIS JOB to believe the police instead of you. That's the way it works The reason there were so many errors on the citation was that once the cops decide to charge you then they'll exaggerate the cirstances of the incident to prejudice the judge against you. I'm afraid there's nothing you can do. Someone obviously called the police during the party to complain and you didn't take the 12:00AM party curfew seriously. 12:00 means 12:00. Sorry. Fifty people dancing in the yard? Sounds fun.
