What's behind my symptoms?

For the past two days I've had a darn painful sore throat, and have been coughing up green and yellow phlegm. I had a fever of 100.4 degrees on the first day, but haven't had a fever since (possibly partly due to the acetaminophen in the Tylenol I've been taking). Eating and drinking subdues the soreness (which is worst after just waking up). What do you guys think? Flu, Strep, garden variety cold? If things persist for a few more days I'll go see a doctor, but I was curious what you think it might be. Thanks.
