Could i have been pregnant?

i think i might have lost a child once donot know i had tubes tied i had a lot of pain something like a sac came out with blood on it then i started bleeding awhole lot i panicked flushed what i had in myhand in the toilet it was not very big at all went tohospital they did a hysterectomy said i couldnt have been pregnant i had hemmoraged could that have been afetus i felt really cold and empty after it came out
