Need help keeping obsolete tires in perfect storage?

If you want to store a tire for an extended time, put the tube inside the tire, add enough air to inflate it and then wrap the tire tightly with celophane plastic (Saran Wrap) and store in a cool, dark area. The wrap will keep the lighter fractions in the rubber from evaporating, which is what causes tires to harden.
