Which presets, formats, etc should i use when uploading videos to youtube?

Im new to adobe premiere and im starting to upload videos to youtube. Im uploading somewhat unknown bands and when i try encode the video, it take 2-4 hours to finish one queue. Does anyone have any suggestions?
