Do you think that Rick Riordan copied J. K Rowling?

All of the aspects you listed are stereotypical in most adventure books. The hero, the girl, the best friend, the evil guy, etc. But Percy ends up with Annabeth and Ron with Hermione. On the other hand Percy and Harry share similar personalities, but that particular personality is pretty common in this genre.
