16 and a half weeks pregnant, how to feel where your uterus and baby are approx loccated?

I still haven't figured out what to feel for when locating my uterus and/or baby. All i know is it is somewhere between just above my pubic bone and bellow my belly on, any help on what to feel for would be great. And also well i'm here asking, how do i tell the difference between a gas bubble/flutter and the baby moving? any tips would be awesome thank you! :)
